This is Euro-speak for what exactly? I've been perplexed by this all day having heard the UKIP member decry it as a SEX enquiry.
I have never knowingly placed those two words together... in that order... ever eeek: Hardly romantic, is it? The other side are claiming something was lost in translation; I'd like to know what eyes:

The Euro Freaks claim it is meant to define anyone in a "live together" relationship by mutual consent. They want to do away with Partner, Spouse etc. and claim that this phrase shows no discrimination as it does not define marital status or gender.
