Title: Constipation & Relief thereof

10 days now. Knew it was coming about 14 days ago, just not hungry and feeling bloated. Senokot, you name it sort of help but in an unpredictable way  For the ultimate nuclear option some Lactoluse. That stuff clears out any remnants of your will to live.

Now stuck in a cycle of no laxatives = no shittage, or laxatives = buckets of fizzy gravy and stomach pains. And yes, I eat pretty healthy food. Max of 3 beers a day.
