Title: Medicine for cats
Post by: Nick on August 17, 2022, 11:39:00 AM
Had to give a pill to one of the cats yesterday noooo: NickSick

Package collected from vet is an oinkment that does the job of the pill and has to be squeezed into the cat's ear

Who knew that cats could close their ears? rubschin:

Catnip may be your friend here. Once it takes effect they may be easier to hold and give the ointment to...  rubschin:

We've just given up now and pay the vet to give tablets

It may seem counter intuitive but in our experience it's far easier to give cats injections than tablets or that on back of neck stuff
