I doubt if jet-boy can either in reality... And he certainly won't be carrying loadsamedical stuff... or a stretcher or be able to recover the victim.
But a helicopter can lower a paramedic and stretcher to the victim and winch them both up again after...
I'd be willing to bet this never gets off the ground... ;)

But a helicopter can lower a paramedic and stretcher to the victim and winch them both up again after...
I'd be willing to bet this never gets off the ground... ;)
