An email floods in at home.It's from a jobs agency making me aware of job opportunities and needing to update my CV etc

Towards the end, it says, "Alternatively, if you are settled just now and don’t expect to be looking in the near future, please let me know if we can keep in touch and when you may be expecting to be available and we’ll diarise to get in touch around that time."
