Title: CUstomer feedback forms

Many years ago in Northern Ireland, a colleague and I stayed at a hotel. It was crap, with crap overpriced crap food and crap service. It was crap in every way.

We were given a feedback form to register our impressions.  Each completed card went into a prize draw.

The prize? A free dinner for two in their crap restaurant.

Today at the hospital I was given another form asking how likely I was to recommend them to a friend. What kind of moron conceived this?

I said to my nurses that they were all lovely and that if I knew someone who really really wanted to have a camera shoved up their dick I would recommend them highly  ::)
