A definite time not to tempt fate by taking the mick out of the boiler dramas at Chateau D.
These things go In threes

Today is not going well.
The original engineer rings up this morning and states he is really poorly and can't attend. I bet they had a Christmas party last night evil:
Get a call from the company ..they will 'try and reschedule someone else today but can't promise.
Start to ring around to see if there is any availability at short notice.
Speak to another company ..they are to send someone today but of course is more expensive.
New part required naturally so engineer has to toddle off to the plumbing shop that has the right supplies .
Meanwhile of course the time is ticking away as is the bill.
He is still here and being very jolly evil:
-
The only heat available is being sourced by my inner rage
-
Explode: no less?

It got better . Mr chatty boiler butcher then does some final checks when he has got boiler working.
"Oh dear ..the mains pressure is higher than it ought to be and I have to report this to British Gas.
They will want me to disconnect the mains before rhey can make the necessary adjustments "
£400 worse off. All day of antics and having to fight off the gas bailiffs .
I wave my flag in utter surrender though it is all done
