Is it just me or is this creeping into the language of waiting staff from the other side of the Atlantic?
The "office" is unusual in having a bar/caff/restaurant and staff will bring stuff to your desk.
I just asked a passing waitress for a glass of water. She brought it to me and said, "Enjoy!"

You could have thrown the water over her and said you enjoyed doing it
