Well how's this from the Beeb today for a start
Thousands still watch TV in black and white (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-46125741)
"More than 7,000 people still watch TV in black and white more than half a century after colour broadcasts began.
London has the most TV licences for black and white sets at 1,768, followed by 431 in the West Midlands and 390 in Greater Manchester.
A total of 7,161 UK households have failed to start watching in colour despite transmissions starting in 1967."
noooo: Could a more convincing explanation be that a Black and White licence is a third of the price of a Colour licence and not everyone is as honest as the day is long?

Are they actually transmitting in colour nowadays?
Time for a change perhaps. rubschin:

Probably, watching car crash videos on a Logie Baird Televisor is less than the full experience
