It's the same mindset as a woman in the supermarket.

There was a couple in front of me at the checkout. I noticed they left a box of grapes on the side. I knew what was going on but I played the innocent and said to the woman that she had forgotten the grapes. She replied that she didn't want them. I said that she should take them back but she refused saying that the staff could do that saying it was their job.

She couldn't accept that she was doing wrong.

Is that from ripped bin bags or is it all just dumped like that...?

We have regular beach cleanups here in the village but I've never seen anything that bad...

I was brought up NEVER to drop litter and I am actually incapable of throwing stuff on the pavement, which is why my pockets are always full of teeny bits of paper like receipts and stuff.
