First day back at work proper for me since 22.12.17 (Shifts dealing with the snow and stand by doesn't count  confused: ), so I'm just practising my lines, "Yes, not bad, how was yours", and "Happy new year, did you have a good Christmas?"

This sincerity thing is hard to master  ;)

Sounds like a stressful work situation ...you must be able to get signed off for a couple more weeks until it all passes  lol:

I have avoided this situation by currently not working.... that may change tomorrow.   surrender:
