Title: Odd Problem
Post by: Uncle Mort on October 19, 2017, 11:01:33 AM
If I use my landline either in or outgoing call my internet access drops out. I still have a local connection but I have to restart to get the internet back.

Any ideas?

If you can connect to the router as normal for a local network then it sounds like it could be a voice line fault. Just to make sure though I'd replace the filter and the cable running from the router to the filter to see if that makes a difference.

Use Live Chat not voice, they have a slightly higher level of training.

Top Tip, don't answer the phone while chatting. whistle:

If that doesnt work ring whoever your phone line is with and get them to do a line check. The only option I can see if that doesn't find anything is an engineer call out.
