I notice that my Photobucket account has decided that I have to pay it munny for '3rd Party Hosting', i.e. when I hold a picture on their site but use it on another site.

I see some avatars are showing some sort of photobucket message across them. Mine and Darwin's certainly and I'm guessing this is an extension of Photobucket's policy of ending free use of their hosted pics on forums
As far as I can see the VP doesn't allow loading an avatar through a file (ie it has to be a URL) is that something that can be changed BM?

Yes, a change at Photobucket I assume... They still send me warnings that my account is over its limit... ::)
Or at least they did until I marked their e-mails as spam... lol:
