Title: Typing with yer fingerpads

There seems to be a fashion for long (false?) nails among local wimmin. There are two presently in the "office" typing like fury but not normal, like, with the pointy ends of their fingers. They sort of have to arch their fingers back and type with the fingerprinty bit.

I have been trying to do it and it bleddy hurts.

WHY???????? It must be really awkward. Miss I has commented on this recently but she keeps her nails short so she can tinkle the ivories. SHe reckons it looks weird too. cloud9:
