AN hour and a half with sodding Kevin  Banghead Banghead Banghead Bangheadand I decided to confuse him, He ended up refunding my train fares AND sending me pdfs of the tickets he had refunded AND A feedback form to tell his employers how wonderful he was  eveilgrin:

Not the most common Indian name is Kevin so serves him right for making up a name
