I have dealt with poltergeists  scared2:

Miss I has some new shelves. She put them up herself  :thumbsup:

They collapsed. Wailing. "It's a poltergeist."  scared2:

I question her.

"So, what exactly is  a rawlplug??"

I may have to go there tomorrow to help her with some screwing  noooo:
