Your challenge for the first flight is to do something more spectacular than crashing into a swimming pool.  Thumbs:

Flight was early...

...then we had to sit and wait for plod to remove somebody off the plane...

...then the bag monkeys took forever...

...then all the roads were dug up and we were diverted a billion teen miles around the motorway network...

...finally got to bed at 2:30...

...some broken toy woke me up at 05:20....

Apart from that, everything is going fine!

You should have smelt a rat when the plane had taxied the first ten miles or so.  Most people choose to travel on air worthy craft not you though, oh noes you have to get one that drives here.  It would have been so much quicker then you could have had an early night.

Shame about LLs bkoken vibrator have you tried turning it of then turning it on again?

Have you been out killing people again?

Tsk we've told you about that before. At least make sure that you bury them properly this time. The last one that you just left propped up in the bar stank the place out and we were finding maggots for weeks. There is still a nasty stain on the floor where the bodily fluids leaked out.  Apey and Misty are still in therapy trying to deal with the fact that the body sort of fell apart in a gloopy slimy sort of way when they tried to get rid of the evidence. noooo:

It was reasonably priced and the ticket allows re-admission for a year! There was a refreshing lack of H & S bullshit giving you great access to all the exhibits.

Plus the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful... the Ropery tour was brilliant!

Quote
Experience life as a rope maker in Victorian times in our themed gallery and costumed guided tour. The year is 1875, the dockyard’s latest battleship HMS Alexandra has recently been launched by the Princess of Wales and the Ropery is in full production….

Our entertaining 40 minute tour gives visitors an insight into why rope was so important to the Navy in the Age of Sail and how it was made by the rope makers of Chatham. Take the opportunity to make your own rope before entering the truly impressive ¼ mile long ropewalk – where rope is still made commercially today.

The Victorian Ropery Tour is included within the overall Historic Dockyard ticket price but it is only available on a timed ticket basis which must be booked on arrival at Visitor Admissions.  Numbers are limited by nature of the experience.

On the other hand, I was disappointed with the Science Museum... while being 'free' to get in it was very expensive once inside - we needed a mortgage for a coffee and cake and the Imax presentation cost eleven quid...

...but the worst thing about it was the number of exhibits (including the Imax) that were tainted with climate change alarmism...  evil:

My Uncle who used to work at the dock yards told me that rope bit is a true must see.  Stupid isn't it, I must live umpteen times nearer it than you and I've never seen it . doh:
