Fill the sink with cold water
Take deep breath
Dunk head in water
Open eyes and move around till fruit fly is dislodged

Alternatively stick a steak knife in your affected eye.  That will soon put the other problwm into perspective  :thumbsup:

How do you know it is a Fruit fly?

It is difficult enough to determine their sexuality even when they aren't squished in your eye.
