Here in sunny Cyprus you have to pay your road tax by about Feb-ish ........now because most people have not paid they are offering a 30% discount now if you pay now ...or 15% discount if you pay monthly......so if you (BM ) pay on-time you pay 30% extra...... noooo:

I heard about it yesterday...now all the local Cypriots are saying that none of them will pay at all next year.
