Do not microwave rock hard butter to make it spreadable.

You will never get it right and it will drip everywhere.

Plus, if you keep doing it said butter will be rancid before it's time.

If soaking raisins in rum, jab a hole in EACH AND EVERY raisin with a pin.

Soak for 24 hours.

You shall thusly become pissed on everything you cook using said product.

Also, when you drain raisins the rum is still perfectly palatable.

Trust me on this.

Be wary of pickling your eggs in exotic vinegars.

They may taste fucking awful.

Learn about the 'caps lock' when posting domestic advice please.

I also have advice on kitchen rolls should it be needed.

I have wise words about those tokens that tight bastards use in supermarket trolleys rather than a trustworthy BRITISH POUND COIN.

Oooh. You wind me up.

But

The aforesaid disaster occurs when you run out of it (her fault obviously) and you remember that she has some of the hard stuff for cooking (so what if it's past is best buy date) and you don't want the bread all riipped up
