So it appears that £12m of taxpayers money has been fast tracked to a charity that his wife is connected to. Now it's possible that this is completely legitimate, but if that is the case then why block public access to the related correspondence, what is in there that would have a 'chilling effect' on the government? And this is after the cabinet office has spent the past year working their arses of trying to suppress the details.

I don't know if I've just become jaded or its because this kind of thing has become so common with our elected officials but I wasn't in the least surprised when I saw the article.
