I've just had occasion to make an on line transfer payment to another island bank - bills must still be paid

Under the normal ''Transfer Amount'' box there is a NEW tick box which says

USE FRESH MONEY

If you had FRESH money (and I don't mean just cleanly laundered) you would not put it in a CY bank
