What I don't understand is WHY I'm still seemingly running on AO HELL when it's impossible as the telephone wires have gone, all replaced with Virgin cables.
Nowt's changed on here.
Same proceedure to start up as it was before, same password to log in to the intermong, all emails are still here, as is my original email addy.
Am I missing a trick here somewhere. I'm exceedingly conflusterlicated. Shrugs:

aoHELL not only provided your internet connection (like Virgin do now) but they gave you a setup disk which loaded a whole load of shite software on your PC - their personalised browser for instance...
You don't need it and can install anything you like...

We have been with Virgin for broadband since it was NTL and we recently needed to have a new cable put in (long story) . Anyway it took about three days for the new hub to settle in but since then we have been getting 30 Mb's really fast. Very happy with it ...
