Indeed he has been very quiet, understandable if he is with the Giant Turnip, he would be just a ghostly whisper. scared2:  He may be stuck in a snow drift in his tractor or he may just be sitting in front of his AGA and can't be arsed to move.

Oddly, I do have some life away from the VP. It is also a busy time of year.

I have been doing some good turns watching nocturnal lambing on CCTV for a neighbour.

Note to self, stock up on mint sauce.

Just been watching the local news for up here, and the scenes and heartbreaking news from the Isle of Man are absolutely devastating regarding hundreds of livestock deaths, including lambs sheep and cattle, literally buried alive. eeek:

Apparently one barn that was sheltering livestock, collapsed under the sheer weight of the snow, killing all the animals within.
Truly dreadful.
