Just been to the optician.... he says I have a chronic eye infection.... ::)
He prescribes drops and some cream to put in me eyeballs... eeek:
So I go to the nearest chemist with me prescription (never been there before) but he hasn't got the cream...
I say I can probably get it at my local chemist in Pissouri but he insists on ringing around for it...
Chemist: I have found it! I can have it here in five minutes!
BM: Great, I have some other shopping to do - I'll come back shortly...
Chemist: no, you look after the shop - I'll go and get it!
With that he walks out leaving me with the empty shop (no other staff), his open till and surrounded by drugs medicines, cosmetics and all of the other paraphernalia! eeek:
Ten minutes later he comes back with the cream and apologies profusely for keeping me waiting! lol:
Bloody hell, something like that really restores your faith in human nature.... cloud9:
