Title: No Wonder fuel is going up 9 - 10%

An envelope arrives from the 'lectric board addressed to The Occupier, "this is not a circular, it contains importnt informaion". It contains a card that I can fill in by ticking the boxes for excellent, good, OK, poor, very poor. I'm to score them on communication, attitude of staff, safety of work, quality of work, how it's improved things, effect on light pollution, how it's effected the street environment

I am told the work was for street lighting improvements.... the nearest street light is 3.2 miles away, so no doubt the other 15 properties on the farm have received them too  cussing:

Oh, can you tell them that the environmentally friendly black light bulbs they installed on this estate don't work.   I.e: they don't shine any light.  ::)   noooo:
