Title: Doting mother

This phrase is used so often to find something positive to say about a woman when there is little else to say. Take for example Eva Rausing - the woman who has just been found deaded from a drugs overdose. Lifelong drug addict with a mega rich hubby and privileged lifestyle. Mother of 4 children.

So naturally of course the media report her as a 'doting mother'  Banghead

I'm sure she loved her kids but she was fortunate to have the money and support to both indulge her addiction and ensure her children are looked after, albeit not by her. I'm sure her children may have a different interpretation of events.
