Whenever I needed entertainers for my pubs I went round to other pubs and asked those performing in them if they were interested or knew anyone who was.
Most girls perorm at several places in a week. Variety is important so the change of venue for them meant a change of face for the punters.

The whole point is to get girls who may not want people to know what they are doing .......they could come for a month , and tell people they are going for a holiday .........

Get hold of a copy of "The Stage". That carries ads for Actors, Dancers etc ..... Both for those seeking work and those seeking to employ them. Also many agents use it to advertise in.
