The Brat was bought an ipod touch for Christmas by her dad.
Tis a lovely piece of kit granted ( jealousy alert redface: ) but before you know it she had downloaded Itunes on our puter and was trying to get it to do simple things like import selected files and sync these to her ipod.
This resulted in a hoooge massive blow up when already an hour late yesterday she was getting frustrated that after nearly an hour of trying to 'sort it' it still wasn't working and I was getting impatient cos we were getting very , very late. I ended up pulling the plug out from the mains whilst she was still in the puter redface:
Madam's solution to all this .....we should get a mac puter Banghead
I feckin hate itunes - it is just not simple, straightforward or logical noooo:

Here!
For obvious reasons I found ITunes too invasive, I use Windows Media player and Dopisp (http://www.mgtek.com/dopisp/) . Never had any problems with it, and I use MediaMonkey (http://www.mediamonkey.com/) (shut up Nick) for backing up, managing playlists etc
It was JOM tho so it is prolly all shite... ::)

The THW has a Mac pooter and an iPod (as well as a fecking iPhone). She claims that only apple kit works properly with apple kit.
The boys have iPods (as does Woodstock) and they seem to manage with ordinary old fashioned M/Soft Windows.

If I remember correctly, Miss D's puter is fucked anyways... whistle:
Isn't it still trying to do the XP SP2 upgrade every time you switch it on...?
I expect iTunes would work betterer on Miss D's shiny new up-to-date laptop like.... whistle:

Get tel on the case like!

Tel will be along shortly to remind you that he has always maintained that Apple software is shite and generally refuses to work with anything else.

I wondered why my ears were burning.
Put it down to the seasonal excesses.
