Bloody blame culture. What ever happened to just accepting you had an accident? (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/law-and-order/8959951/Grandmothers-grotto-fall-was-Santas-fault-rule-judges.html)
I love it noooo: that either her or her family had the presence of mind to take a photo while she was lay there to enhance the chances of getting a good claim later cussing: And replicating what happens in "real life", it wasn't Selfridges fault, it wasn't the event companies fault, it wasn't Santa's fault, it was the elves fault, shit always runs downhill
I wish I'd kept that photo sent to me at work as part of a bloke's claim for compensation, showing him with his leg encased in plaster, his arm in plaster and his head all bandaged up looking like he was wearing a white turban as he pointed to the hole he fell down after climbing over the fence. ::) Returning to the scene must have traumatised the poor sod, but I burst out laughing each time I looked at the photo. I hope her thigh hurt too

I reckon you could claim off Barman for yer head like. He knew people banged their heads on that wall and should have used softer material, or at least have had signs out rubschin:

But what if you trip over a safety sign? rubschin:

Don't get me started cussing:
Ooh no, you can't put a safety fence there cos safety fences injure people cussing: cussing: cussing: (and we can't call them crash barriers cos that implies you can crash into them., so they're safery fences... but now we have to call safety fences road restraint systems, bollocks to that, I can just about do with "safety fences" The world went mad many moons ago. Thank god this place is the last bastion of common sense eh ;)
