The drought that has affected parts of England since June will last into next summer if there is insufficient winter rain, the Environment Agency has said.
Well who would have thought it possible. If we don't have enough rain then we'll have a drought but if we have sufficient rain then we will not have a drought.

I would also hazard that, should we have insufficient rain until next summer, the drought may well last beyond next summer.
