This thieving little scrote gets caught and has to write a letter to his victims as part of his 'punishment'. Here is what the delightful little darling wrote, as you can see he is full of remorse.

Don't be alarmed folks, to make sure that people are protected from him nicking from someone else he is now on the Intensive Supervision and Surveillance Programme as it isn't his first offence.
