I have a great plan how the MOD could save £5.5m. They can have it for nothing.

If you want to save money then get rid of the MOD staff and replace them with the members of the armed forces who have been the victims of the cutbacks. Given their backgrounds they will be more likely to do the job properly and not waste money on stupid projects and 'essential' accessories like huge flat screen televisions.
