The Intergenerational Foundation calls for tax breaks to encourage downsizing and help free up some of the estimated 25 million unused bedrooms in England.

So how do they imagine that would work? Larger houses cost more, always have & always will, first time buyers cannot get mortgages for cheaper homes so how the fvck are they going to fund dearer ones?

Yet another charity, enjoying tax breaks and paying hooge sums of donated money to its executives, talking absolute shite. Fair play to them if they can get away with it but why does our gullible media have to report it without thought?
