Title: Osteoarthritis...

...in my right knee. Just had the results of a recent x-ray and as the doctor suspected a couple of weeks ago I have osteoarthritis. Doesn't seem much can be done unless it gets seriously bad  eeek:. Meantime, exercise and weight loss prescribed, pain killers (as and when needed)

Another ailment to add to the list.  cry:

I broke a nail last night when peeling carrots, the peeler thing went a bit further than I expected... I didn't cry  angel1
