do I trot over to the Big Boys Club and go:

 point:

after the flak I took months ago ?

anyway, an expert on the radio reckons he's getting a custodial sentence because the judge has remanded him in custody until sentencing.

Doing a Townsend doesnt always work...

Seems about right ~ He pleaded guilty to the charges of downloading and not guilty to the rape charges.
So the only thing the jury had to decide was did he done the girl or not .... apparently not until she was over 16, which he had already admitted to.
If one wanted to be pedantic one could say that Sky have got it wrong as he was not found guilty as they say ~ he pleaded guilty and offered explanations. Doesn't matter how true or otherwise those explanations might have been he still said "I done it ~ it's a fair cop Guv". Jury had no option.

As for the BBC Berek ~ that's up to you but they won't listen so personally I wouldn't waste my time.

hilarious post on the Gorman Forum:

"it might not be a popular view, but maybe even if he is guilty, having written the muppets should give him some sort of diplomatic immunity. like the americans gave michael jackson as a reward for writing thriller. I'm not saying that he should be given two young fresh children once a month like they do with michael jackson, but still..."
