NZ Day 19

Wellington.

Exploring Wellington in the sunshine again what a lovely city!

Walked through the harbour, took the cable car to the botanical gardens and met a very friendly Apiarist who told us all about his art while surrounded by a cloud of bees!

Then back down to the town stopped at a lovely old pub for a beer and back to the hotel.

Some pictures are duplicated due to a camera (photographer  redface:) malfunction...

I should have made time for Wellington then, ah well


Next time!  :thumbsup:

Weta Workshop tomorrow, perhaps the museum and then ferry to Picton the day afters...

Have fun, looks interesting and the scenery on South Island is stunning

Can't see us ever doing NZ again though the same way I can't see us not going to Oz or Argentina again.  Mt Egmont will just have to survive without me seeing it


Shame... 'tis beautiful at night too...

Rotorua was full of Japanese tourists taking selfies... they all had to 'pose' for each shot... ::)
