Quelle Surprise!

Steve Bruce leaves Newcastle Utd.
Well yes I've seen bigger surprises in a box of Corn Flakes

But the owners seem to have handled it well, allowed him his 1,000th game as a manager and paid him up in full (rare with manager sackings)

Truth is he was never a premier league level manager, not that he's alone at that.

It may just be a coincidence but the new owners have apparently been in touch with Keegan and Shearer..  rubschin:
You know, I used to think it was awful that life was so unfair. Then I thought, wouldn't it be much worse if life were fair, and all the terrible things that happen to us come because we actually deserve them? So, now I take great comfort in the general hostility and unfairness of the universe

I reckon just watching it might have put his recovery back some.  Hope not

Indeed Moyes has done you well and there's no one you can't beat now.  If only we'd had him as manager  - Oh  redface:

If Uncle's team keep playing like this they'll be title candidates

Pessimism is essential to be a true football supporter.  And seriously Moyes has really got you playing as a team.  Not sure you have the depth in your squad but it's not impossible.
