Are the stars for reasonably priced cars going to appear for a small viewing audience?   noooo:

Are the manufacturers going to stump up new cars to be tested to death for same audience?  noooo:

I'll watch it but I already have Amazon Prime however I wouldn't have bought it just for Top Gear.  They'll have to do something different AND get a Ripper Street style deal with ITV for this programme to work
