I have been volunteered to cook my almost famous super fattening nachos meal.  Yes quorn will be involved

Can you make it even more famous by publishing the recipe like. I have a "friend" that may want to give it a try
Ignores Nick.  This the first time it has been writ down.  It is basically grub that blokes like me can do but it seems to work well every time.

For 2 (or more if they're on a diet)

Turn on oven to about 180, shout at the moon, walls, fridge or wife until you can find

Ingredients batch 1
100g of mince (whatever type you like, it started as a carnivore meal so we used beef, quorn works just as well)
30g sliced red peppers or chillis if you're v brave
Full can chopped tomatoes washed out wit the cheapest red wine to hand
1/2 a packet of taco mix (ie ~18g)

sling all the above in some sort of microwaveable container with a lid and microwave for about 8 minutes or so stirring when you can be arsed

Meantime shout at the moon, walls or er indoors while you struggle to find

Ingredients batch 2
1 packet Doritos Cool Original
~ 150g of Value Cheddar Cheese

Cover the perimeter of a pyrex plate with Doritos, cover those with sliced or grated cheese and sling in the oven for about 2 minutes til the melted cheese covers the chips

Meantime feel free to 'sample' the Doritos and a few slices of cheese and a few slurps of wine

Pour the microwaved mince and stuff onto the middle of the beDorritoed plate

Grab a large handful of Doritos and stick them upright into the mince it what looks right

Slice up more cheese into thin strips and drape into all the gaps between the Doritos

Sling back into the oven until cheese has melted and the Doritos aren't too burnt

Serve on two plates along with beer or wine

I knew I should have taken a photo.  BTW this is the only meal I do, this is the first and last of the series

E&OE

Well, whatever, nevermind

Bad and wrong.  noooo:
It's better than I ever even knew.  They say that the world was built for two.  Only worth living if somebody is loving you.  Baby now you do.
