Mixed results

£80 bill and I have to have a filling repaired (for more money) but not today and I got the disappointed look again from the hygienist because I just can't stand flossing

I have a choice. Pay through the nose to Nicola who is superb or wait for years for the chance to see an NHS dentist du jour who who just say 'extraction'

I can afford the former but not the latter
