I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Ghastly you do have my sympathy for what that is worth. At a guess yours are stress related.  I used to get them hospitalised a couple of times. surrender: Then a new drug came onto the scene.  Imigran it sorted mine out.  Worth asking your GP if you haven't already.

It is no longer prescription only you can buy it on line..
