This is odd
« on: May 02, 2007, 03:00:13 PM »
I can't open the door at GOM. Five times I gave my usual secret knock but it wouldn't budge .... now it says I have to wait 30 minutes before I can try again. But the secret knock is still the same as it always was. WTF is going on. Any clues ~ or is this just Steve's way of letting one know when one is barred ... no communication, just puts up a message saying your name/password are no longer valid?

So I tried again and again was refused entry. Being a clever beagle I pressed the "Forgotten my password" option and sure 'nuff a new password pops into my inbox. Copy and paste it into GOM log in page, enter user name and "You have entered an invalid or inactive username or password"
How very strange. If it is deliberate even stranger.
If I knew anyone over there, in a position of power, I would ask them to have a look see but ....................

No need ~ but thanks.
I failed to read the email properly/fully and missed the "Click this link to activate your new password .... you may change your pass word once you have logged on."
So I've done that and I am in.
