Also what do I put it on as ... insert flash, hyperlink etc.

Just copy the link from yer tool bar and paste it on the "reply" page

Right click on the toolbar link. It should turn blue and a drop down box offers options. Left click on copy, then go to your "reply" or "post", make sure the cursor is flashing, go to Edit at the top of the screen (outside of VP) and  click on paste. Click on Post and Robert should become a close male relative.

Cheers, that is fine if it is on youtube but what if it is in my inbox, there is no tool bar with the link?

I suspect you would need to upload it to something like Flickr or Picasa(Google) both of which would need a free account then post the link as above.

I personally know of no other way to put a link in as the links are all that the VP stores and when we click on them the VP connects to the link .... so if you were not on line we would see nothing, whereas Flickr, Picasa etc are always available .... just like Youtoob only "private" as people can only view at your invitation or if you have an "open account".

It's either a good game, good beer, or both

A lot of the stuff I post come as attachments to e-mails. I just do a seach for the name of it on youtube, or guess a name from it from the content and search for that on youtube. 95% of the time, it's there, then post that link
