Much air time has been devoted recently to the £9000 a year student fees for university. You can pay up front or the gummint pays and then you pay back later through your tax code.
BUT, they forgot something. Non UK EU students study here as home students, so £9000 a year. Right? Then they fvck off back to Bulgaria or wherever and we never hear from them, or their tax payments, again.
ANd they forgot this.
