A gentleman  by the name of Dimple Alvarado has e mailed with an offer for something which will (allegedly) enable me to cultivate a "swollen donger".  rubschin:

Can this be genuine?

How sure are you that isn't a typo? Dimple may have said "Swollen Danger" which, you have to admit, in your case is far more likely. ;)
