Labour MP Harry Cohen has apologised to fellow MPs for a "particularly serious breach" of expenses rules over a ?70,000 second home allowance claim.Oh that's OK then, whilst we are at it I would like to apologise for the 50k I received fraudulently, the 20k that I fiddled from the last company that I worked for and for the 60k that I have fiddled in taxes over the last ten years.
I await a visit from the local constabulary which is more than Mr Cohen will receive.
