Because of the heart pills (specifically diuretics) I cannot use decongestants of any sort. My GP prescribes a water based nasal spray. Works well.

Not really. My temperature went through the roof last night so hopefully the worst of it is burnt out now. No longer congested just running at the nose.  noooo:

Isn't flu. I just feel crap. And after the temperature I feel weak as a kitten. Took me nearly half an hour to do a walk that takes just under 15 mins this morning.  noooo:
