When I was in the Heart Hospital having tests recently my nurse was a very nice nice Somali chap. He was a dab hand with the razor when it came to having my nether regions shaved for the angiogram. 
I wasn't thinking of ethnicity Uncle.
More their preferences in terms of relationships, which Miss D hinted might be of interest to her.
They all look the same in uniform and it would be a shame (I presume) if she were to select one who favoured approaching the port from the South.

Not at all.
Males nurses appear (like many medical folk) to be very keen on nooky. However, as I believe to be the case with males who do more 'traditionally' female jobs, the proportion of gays is above average.
A good friend of mine for nearly 50 years was a psychiatric nurse and went on to a very senior post in that field.
I would never have trusted him with my wife or any other lady.
None of this detracts from the fact that
all actors are pooftahs.
