the rest of us want every available minute of daylight that we can possibly gleen from this already miserable enough rancid rip off country of ours surely?
It doesn't produce less daylight you daft bugger  ::)
There is the same amount of daylight only it's at the time of day when honest working folk are about their toil.
Yes I KNOW that. You've misunderstood me, you beligerent old welly wearer. ::)
WHERE in my original post did I actually state that turning the clocks back produces less daylight anyway, smart arse?

I understood what you wrote just not what you meant you mud-plugging, seat stitcher.  ;)

The number of minutes of daylight available is the same after the clocks go back as before.

Some of us see every available minute regardless of the clock.

If you came home from the pub/wheel-nicking trips earlier you could get up and enjoy the day from dawn to dusk.   cloud9:

Now now boys.

When in Security Management I had extreme difficulty every clock change time, particularly with our tinted cousins, explaining that because the clock go backward whilst they are on night shift we would not pay them an additional hour ~ likewise when the clocks go forward we did not deduct an hour's pay.  Banghead
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
